Hi Komori841! Just came back from a 1-week trip to Osaka and Kyoto. 1. Love the weather 2. Japanese girls are really pretty and people are generally well-dressed :) 3. Despite modernisation, there are still many traditional buildings around. *Btw, I realised that there are some 80s and 90s buildings in Singapore that were similar to the Japanese architecture (mainly the residential ones). I think we were heavily influenced by the Japanese then. I prefer Tokyo though, more interesting places to visit. I'd go back to Kyoto, but probably not Osaka.

Well she's pretty much spot on about everything in Singapore! Attractive-wise though, it's pretty subjective but the younger generation nowadays are starting to lead a much healthier lifestyle, so maybe that's why. When it comes to internationalization though, it has both good and bad points. You could say that Singapore has become very global but at the same time, our culture is starting to deteriorate in terms of food and practices. So in a way, sometimes its good that Japan is not so open to outsiders; that's a good method of preserving its culture

Attractive Singaporeans are subjective. We are more raw and more natural. Most do not like to conform to conventional/media beauty standard. Too fake. Natural is original. If you are saying we are attractive naturally, then thank you for your compliments. We know ourselves so thank u anyway. Cheers🤗

In fact, Japan presents a different atmosphere from western culture, it's called anti-mainstream, which is good so that many people don't get too bored, because many people are tired of western culture. I don't understand how energetic it is to Singapore, I think it's the same as Japan. Japan is vast, not only Tokyo is judged, but all cities, Osaka is also energetic.

Oh wow it would be so hard to live in very hot indoor temperatures. but I think if you grow up with the temperature you will be used to it. I moved from a rainy place to a very hot and sunny place so I need to put on the air conditioner at 20-22 in the summer to feel comfortable

Your English still has a couple grammar mistakes when you speak, but over all it's still pretty easy to understand what you're trying to say and comes off very naturally. Nice job!
@KidHuevotes0010 жыл бұрын
There are several vloggers with perfect accent mostly because they learned English before 15 years old, but they can't grasp the feeling of Japanese people and have not many interesting things to say. On the other side, people that learned the language after 15 years old have very interesting topics and subjects. People that learned English after 15 years old did so because they WANTED, and that's the difference with people that learned English when kids. They WANTED to say something, and that something usually is very important. Komory says things nobody but someone with a comprehensive knowledge of Japanese culture can. If I want to hear perfect English I talk with a linguist, if I want to know culture I talk to people who learned English after 15 years old, or preferably after 30 years old. They are the best to tell you how to behave in a foreign country I thank Komory she takes time to take us to this delightful world of the life in Japan. I'm really really thankful

Thank you for the video. One has to live in Singapore to know the country. Please do not take it a wrong way. It seems this is from a tourist point of view. Multi cultures country such as Singapore takes time to understand. Weather here is hot so therefore Singaporeans have different skin tone. Weather control is situated on geaography of that country. Say Japan's weather is good for the skin and therefore it affects the Japanese complexions. Weather is not within a country's control just like earthquake. Fair comparisons should based on individual's perspectives and personal experiences. Japan is a very cultured country. One to it's own value. Thank U!

hi komori to understand more about singapore you should try to lesarn more about our history and how came about firsly it was colonised by the britishfor more than hundred yesrs nd we tookover everyting when they left to return to the uk and spore is a city of immgrants from may other plsces, but mostly from saouthern chinese provinces ans sporean society is not a homogenous race ulike japan which is a veryhomogenous and closed society and has very strict immigration laws to protect its own culture and spore is very humid coz its located inthe tropics near the equator and its cold in a/c places if you just sudenly come in from the heat outside and english is our adopted common language left behind by the british

***** thats because it doesnt matter which race singaporeans were, all of them have the same kind of thing that just hard to pinpoint but are common to everyone in there - malays, chinese or indians. like they dont how to take care of themselves, groom themselves or even dress themselves fashionably. like they dont really have the concept of vanity. it goes to all classes and races in general. it is so utterly plain and boring. the chinese in singapore are also by far, has the most unaesthetically pleasing skin in all of southeast asia. i really cant understand what is up with that? singapore is a first world country, you would think at least they would have better skin than many poorer southeast asian nations like the vietnamese, filipinos and thais. the chinese-looking people there look better than the chinese singaporeans in general.
@calvinblue8949 жыл бұрын
+Theo Serr I thought you meant physically.. But yes.. I agree with you.. fashion sense is horrible.. but it ain't that people don't know how to dress up.. But rather.. people choose not to dress up.. The clothes and fashion shops are class and clothes are expensive, or I rather say, in-trend.. and people do buy the good stuff.. Then again.. on the daily wear, they choose to dress badly.. As for skin... the weather is horrible.. hot and humid... I can tell you.. I have some japanese friends.. with good complexion.. but after a few years of staying in Singapore.. their skin became bad.. pimples all over.. The country is indeed plain and super boring... very unbearable to live in... little culture, little freedom in a draconian system.. all skyscrapers and cold walls everywhere.. it's like everyone is just living in a prison.. But trust me.. people do hate it.. only those who are boring by nature likes to stay in the safe boring haven ... It's very sterile.. too sterile for it's own good.. I think stress does play a large part in all these.. stress causes bad complexion, stress causes people to have little concern in looking good.. Many Singaporeans who are richer tend to migrate away..for a better life... Most would like to migrate away if they have the opportunity to..
