Ingredients
Tomato - 1
Garlic cloves - 4
Dry chilli - 1
Green chilli - 1
Sugar - ½ teaspoon
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Chopped garlic cloves - 1 teaspoon
Onion - half
Handful of cabbage
Capsicum - 1 (small size)
Carrot - 1
Beans - 5
Pinch of garam masala
Cooked basmati rice (200 grams)
Pepper - ¾ teaspoon
Salt
Spring onion

Just now I tried this recipe and within 20 min the kadai was empty.it was super tasty.usually I dont like fried rice but this dish was 1000 times better than the fried rice which is made by the top restaurants. Thanks a lot for this receipe.

Great. You made it excellent colourful. I used to cut green chilli and put in a small cup and add hot water about 4 or 5 table spoon. Instead of vinegar chili I used to add this chilli water sprayed.
