Thanks Jeet, very informative and true. I also wanted to add that my best ever bulking food is biryani because it has chicken breasts, olive oil and a teaspoon of home-made ghee. That way I satisfy my taste buds. Home cooked meals are the best. People who have time, can also make their own breads. 🙂

From my practical experience, i can say that a little bit of junk is important for bulking because we cannot be in calorie surplus all by healthy food because most of them are high in protein and fibre means they are fulfilling. We cant eat much of it. Also due to they having high glycemic index, they take too long to digest making it difficult to eat much.

@@BirajKathayat-n6g Even banana has high fibre. It's difficult to consume much. Now there comes practical limitations as well, you see healthy foods are actually not cheap. Therefore I advocate 85:15 where 85 percent of diet consist of healthy foods while 15 percent may come from junk and " some" junk is consumed intentionally to be in calories surplus

I think you're right here. Can you recommend me some junk food which is easily digestible, doesn't cause much bloating and tasty. Whey protein doesn't help much in bulking, too many bananas, dry fruits, dates are very difficult to eat and makes us full for long time. People say eat oats but it's very less in calories. I try over and over again but cannot go beyond 1500 calories

@@Manaportfolio_StockMarket ur statment have no logic brother, 3 exercise per muscle for 3 sets 10-15 reps that's enough, mai 3 hours karta hu workout, muscle takes nutrition to recover, 1ghanta 2 ghante se farak nahi padta utna , ha toh har muscle ke liye 5-10 exercise lagaoge toh galat hai , 3 exercise per muscle is more than enough

Burger is a fast food, they are high in saturated , trans fats, high in sodium, very high in calories. Let's say you get 10-15 gm of protein from that. But if you eat 200gm breast with some salad you'll get like 40+ gm Protein + no harmful fats, etc and not to mention way cheaper than the Burger.

Abe tum bas 1 month kiye ho baaki log 10 10 saal se krte aa rhe tab jaakar yeh 100 KG ki bench press warm jese marte hai. Tum logo ko sab kuch itna jldi chahiye hota hai, utna mehnat krenge nhi. Bas wo sapna dekhte rhenge ki yeh result aa jaye. Bina kre thodi ayega aur time lagta hai, proper training knowledge bhi hona zarori hai.
