Morning mein pehle Lukewarm water aur phir Laal Chai jab tak nahi jata pressure nahi Banta hai. Workout day hota hai toh firse coffee ka ek shot.

It's actually a common sense to drink water right after you wake up empty stomach, luke warm water is best (according to me). "Nahane k liye thanda pani and piney k liye garm pani (luke warm water).
