Truth triumphs! I have started following this year and after looking at different fitness channels, I found one channel in india that completely describes all fitness theories and knowledge in a nutshell with simple explanation. A year ago this was not known to me, hence I followed many other famous KZbin channels from other countries, they did really helped, but many times the knowledge was hard to decompose... After this, there's one channel that does help in understanding in India to which we follow an understand better. Educating ourselves with pure Indian cultured knowledge. As Arnold said, there's no magic pill that will work overnight! You need to work hard to get it... Being stupid with Akshay sir is the best channel for fitness

This transformation cycle is just crazy!!! I have transformed myself 3 times... And back to square one .. there is no Sustainable diet plan or workout regime, I feel keeping into consideration the corporate work routine of 15-16 hours a day!!! I used to workout at night 1:30 also after the shift!! But couldn't continue that also..it sound like an excuse, but ur mind and body both give up and ur so exhausted mentally after a long shift like that!! Wish there was some miracle to transform urself permanently!!

I have been working on my physique for the past 8 months and the results are really good . I mainly do calisthenics but also some weight training . I recommend people with less/no gym equipment at home to watch some channels like CALISTHENICMOVEMENT and FITNESSFAQS for some calisthenics skills to put on some muscles with bodyweight exercises . I watch WERSTUPID mainly to learn about nutrition and to kill myths and these channels have helped me .Thank you !

Hello, Akshay bhaiya. Could you kindly make a video explaining the science of home workouts using light dumbells(I have 5kg dumbells at home) and combining it with some resistance bands since now lockdown is returning once again and I'm not really sure as to whether I'll be able to maintain the muscle mass or not by just doing workouts with light dumbells. Even though I've increased my reps with light dumbells, yet I've read some articles online which say that when we do high reps workout with light dumbells, we are doing endurance workout as compared to strength training workout. I'm not even consuming whey protein now since I'm not doing workouts with heavy weights anymore. Can we just maintain our muscles and strength with a pair of light dumbells and a resistance band of 15-30kg resistance with consuming only homemade food and not relying on whey protein for some time? It will be really nice if you could kindly make a video on the same as well.

I lost 10 kg in a year ... I found the main reason of my fat gain my junk food habits n being very lethargic ... I walked for around 2 hours a day and limited my junk eating...
