I'm doing walk post meals since my college days.. earlier I was used to go with my grandfather . Now I'm going alone or with my mom. When I m alone then I listen just 10 favorite songs for the day or I listen your recorded live Q & A. It's always amazing to go for walk after dinner..5th benefit sir I think I should have included that's better sleep . Walking for almost 30-45 minutes enhance the quality of sleep as whole body is engaged in walking..mood bhi happy happy rehta he

Amazing video . I tried to listen to each of your suggestions but perhaps didn't hear about the time gap between meals and the walk. I have been told sometimes that ideally there should be some gap otherwise it puts load on the heart . What's your suggestion ?
