ur already doing the right thing ur body needs time for digestion so give it also, there can be multiple reasons for indigestion remove the foods totally after which u feel the indigestion the most add lots of raw veggies and curd/buttermilk in ur daily food intake

Do one video on Intermittent fasting sir. As i have been doing it since March 2021 beacause in November 2020 my weight reached its high at 121kg after few months i decided to do something abt this so started IF 16/8 method along with that calorie deficit with very less exercises or no exercises. So as i said i started in March 2021 my weight was around 118kg, and last month July 2021 my weight came down to 112.4kg i was happy abt it. But this month when i checked my weight I'm 114kg? How? (Yes i haven't been that disciplined in IF) as i was in March but i have started working out lifting weight in last two weeks pls explain sir?

@@WeRStupid sure sir . 1=Milk shouldn't be combined with any other food like banana, eggs, peanuts. 2= liquid food and solid food 3= Tea and milk 4= curd shouldn't be consumed in the night 5 = fruit shouldn't be consumed in the night or eating fruits after meal 6 = salad like cucumber and tomato together 7 = Do sprouts lose nutritional value when cooked? Sir, i have read that after crash dieting if you take adequate food intake as before dieting then u will get all fats...if someone had done crash dieting and lost overall Weight including muscles and after that he/she is taking now regular diet as before crash dieting and adding weight training then metabolism will become proper with this? His/her metabolism is damaged or suppressed for now? By weight training and adequate intake will be beneficial?

Sir,mera brother in law 3 times 6-7 rotis khata hai aur slim hai... Aur mai thodi extra calories kha ke mota ho jata hoon... Why?? Thats called slow metabolic rate, jo maine theek kiya hai apni diet thodi thodi increase krke.... Kyuke mai daily 14-1500 calories kha raha tha kafi saalon se aur gym bhi nahi jata tha.. This time I cannot believe in your video. Bcoz mai slow metabolic rate se bahar nikla hoon.

I've read in a research journal that if you have dieted for long with much calorie deficit and now u r eating normally as before, (maintanence plus more) then u will have more n more adipose tissue even after doing regular exercise. Is it so?

Sir but in that study even though they were in 55+%calorie deficit but they were eating above BMR so what i think is when person eat very low calories like 400to 800 then there will be Metabolic slow down as i have seen in one study.

Jains me kuch log bahut long time ka fasting rakhte hain. I have known some people who have done multiple 1 month fast but still healthy even in their 90s

fasting can be done for long time too but it depends on ur life also if u want to do yogi type fasting, then u shouldn't be doing anything else as u wont have the energy to do anything

In my young age I was so lean, I never used any suppliments , When I started gym first time, my weight was 55kg 3 months of workout and 3 hours per day, I gained 55kg to 70 And I was lean so lean But now I'm 31 im confused of everything , whatching every videos of KZbinrs,
