Also when you eat those things that you're gut buddies love and help them thrive. They send messages to the brain that you have every thing you need and you don't feel hungry. So you last longer without feeling hungry and still have the energy you need to function. It's amazing how freeing it is when you are in unison with your own body and the good gut bacteria. Thank you for sharing this information with us Dr. Gundry and bon appetit.

I attempted to watch a podcast by Dr Gundry regarding a current controversy but it came up as a blank page with 403 at the top & in big black letters FORBIDDEN... I am also aware that embalmers worldwide have expressed concern at a new phenomenon of white clots...fibrous tissue in arteries making their job of draining arteries to put formalin in very difficult. It would appear that it is highly likely that this phenomenon is the cause of many deaths from stroke and heart attack. I personally am not interested in the cause but as I've recently been told my blood pressure has gone through the roof I am trying desperately to get my GP to let me have a coronary scan...I am aware that Dr Gundry is constantly under criticism from the medical fraternity and the giant pharmaceutical companies but I believe he as a heart surgeon and keen researcher may have some answers..

How to *_quickly and easily prepare fresh artichokes:_* Cut off the top half of the artichoke with a bread knife. Steam the bottom half for 30-40 minutes. To eat, pull outer leaves off one at a time and dip bottom in butter, scrape between your teeth to get the buttery meat at the bottom of the leaf. When all the leaves are gone around the edge, take a spoon and gently scrape off the inedible choke (the packed hairy part). Peel the dark green stuff off the heart and ENJOY! It's so much better (taste and experience wise) than canned or frozen hearts. You get the whole vegetable and it couldn't be easier.

I just purchased your gut checkbook I’m somebody who has been sick for over 20 years, auto immune, etc. have you even been on chemotherapy Done acupuncture which helped a lot and one of the things that acupuncturist wanted me to do was basically the diet that you’re recommending very similar You say that 10% of your people don’t get better when I experience was that when it came to the fermented foods, I really struggled I’m wondering if you think it has anything to do with something called MAST CELL ACTIVATION SYNDROME?????? I’m hoping that if I can heal my SIBO I might be able to tolerate more food Thanks for all you do

Don’t overthink it trying to come up with different syndromes and stuff. Fixing gut health is easy when you know what you doing. Get research based supplements - that means a supplement that has been studied on the finished formulation, NOT single probiotic strains put together. I take megaspore and did their gut protocol. I completely forgot what gut discomfort is. I take megaspore regularly. Plus. It’s important to understand that even tho fermented veggies are good and supposed to be healthy for you, you never know how it’s made and what kind of bacteria is in there. If you buy low quality crap, even if it’s fermented- it’s not gonna do any good. Things like kombucha - terrible choice of “fermented food”, they use all sorts of fungi strains for brewing including candida strains believe it or not, drinking it for an already sick person is madness. Same with kefir, because of the hype, some companies make crappy kefir from dry milk and god knows what kind of bacteria - I drink it and my belly starts making all sorts of noises and bloats even tho my gut health is in near perfect condition at the moment. The quality matters. You repair your gut first, then try adding different foods and see how you feel. But repairing may take a long time. Watch Kiran krishnan lectures on gut repair. And stop overthinking coming up with all sorts of syndromes that you don’t have. When gut barrier is destroyed you WILL have a whole range of symptoms, especially autoimmune issues. But it doesn’t matter what symptoms you have, your goal is to focus on fixing your gut, not trying to figure out what syndromes you have. The gut is like the core root in the body.

how ALA is good? how much body can use it and for what? stearic is the real champion you loose fat with it also what means healthy biom? what you eat primes shape of this biom so what exact ratio of which bacteria are we hitting? and if someone has genes of herders he needs milk and dairy not seeds... especially that it may mean lower calcium absorption more diverse doesn't mean healthier Africans have extremely diverse biom vs northerners... oh wait...
