I’ve had various stages of dizziness from labyrinthitis to what the say is now visual migraines where my eyes can’t take in all the busy information around me, after being ok in busy areas like supermarkets concerts etc for a long time. tonight we went to party and I felt so dizzy like the floor was moving, patterned carpet, noise and bright lights. My body wanted to go into fight and flight. I sat calm and drank water then we came home. I find it sets my anxiety off but I know if i get a good nights rest tomorrow will be better. Meditation like this helps so much. We all got this and are stronger than we think, I’ve been at so really low points with it but it does get better. Wishing you all healing vibes and a bright future

Dear Anxiety Guy, you have just helped me a lot with this video. I have VSS, dizziness and vértigo... And my anxiety grew up since last year... Recently I discovered that when I am stressed out my VSS symptoms elevate, but I never associated dizziness with the multiple tasks that I am always running around. I am trying meditation and healing affirmations but you are the first person I see talking specifically of affirmations for dizziness so I really appreciate your help here. I will listen daily and I will slow down. Thank you 🙏❤️❤️❤️

I have severe constant PTSD that hasn’t been successfully treated in 10 years and I’m in a stressed out state all day everyday. Having many digestive issues. This morning woke up with “pressure” sensation at the back of my head and I felt dizzy when I lifted my head and got up. My vision has also declined in the last year. Is this something that could be related to the endless stress that I see no end to as I can’t afford the PTSD Residential Trauma care I was advised 10 years ago and now I’m not functional. My life is a mess and I’ve zero help from any clinicians who are as informed as I am as worked in medical field I’ve educated myself on trauma, the brain and body. Residential care is the only treatment I’ve not had due to cost and my nervous system is constantly in a fight flight state... the body is not meant to go on like this yet now I’ve this new dizziness ? Any thoughts appreciated🙏🌈
