I’ve listened to this multiple times today. Thank you. It makes me sad though that we have created a world for ourselves that so many people suffer so much that things like this are needed for us. I hope someday we can all be this at peace and happy. Thank you for your kindness and support for all of us as we learn on our journey.

Dennis you are a Godsend with your work. You helped me since early this year. I suffered from extreme health anxiety after suffering from a stroke, then finding out I had a blood clotting disorder . All of the stress and anxiety lead to monster headaches. It was such a hard journey, but with your help and God’s.. have been able to recover. From time to time I still get these overwhelming anxiety attacks but not nearly as severe. This video calmed me down so much today. Exactly what I needed. Thank you!

@@TheAnxietyGuy1 Hello! I love your videos and have taken notes to naturally get passed health anxiety. I was wondering if its bad to seek these videos WHEN we feel the anxiety (countering the "be" what you do), or is it a matter of doing these on a routine basis until our mindset is transformed? Regardless, this was a very helpful meditation and I appreciate your work!

Thank you so much once again. Your surrrender sessions have become my lifesavers, and this one has left me feeling beautifully calm after a difficult night with anxiety symptoms of being unable to catch my breath. I have just completed day 4, week one of The health anxiety program where my goal today is to google and listen only to success stories of anxiety recoverers. I would love someone to give me some links to success stories of people who have overcome the symptom of inability to get a full lung of breath, tightness in the chest and inability to breath. This is my worst symptom and I find it distressing and all encompassing. Surrender sessions are the only thing that is close to helping so far but I am not healed.

I have been suck in flight or fight on and off for years. This currant episode has now lasted 3 weeks with anywhere from 5~16 hours straight of the “Adrenaline dump” or panic attack every single day. I mentally see what’s happening and can sometimes see that I’m ok but I can’t shut off the adrenaline. I really don’t want to take medication and I can see I’ve put myself into a chemical imbalance~what do you suggest for help balance myself out. My body is utterly exhausted 😢 ~ Thank you

I’m not an expert but try his grey room meditation session. It gives me a needed break. It makes things clear. You realize things you didn’t even know were an issue. Best to you on your journey. You will get there. You can do this.
@KossybRoАй бұрын
Hi, i know this is late but i experience the same symptoms you’ve listed. I find that whenever i panic and i have an adrenaline rush going for a short walk close to home helps a lot, or even walking from room to room in my home. Any type of moderate movement will help your body cope with the adrenaline much better and faster than lying or sitting down. I combine it with the 4-7-8 breathing exercise until the panic attack passes. As soon as i feel the adrenaline subside i sit down/lie down and meditate. This channel has some great meditations for anxiety. Goal is to observe your fear and accept that it’s there without fighting it or trying to stop it. It’s really hard to do in the beginning but it gets easier as you meditate. Last time this happened to me i had constant panic attacks for 3 weeks and only when i combined mild movement with meditation and i focused on accepting and observing my fears without trying to escape them, did the panic attacks stop. I haven’t had a panic attack in weeks and i try to journal and meditate daily to prevent my anxiety from reaching that level again. I hope something here helps!
