Just got done doing this workout. I had to modify by decreasing the pace on some of the movements. I gain a further insight as to how out of shape I am. I hope to maintain this workout and looking forward to seeing results. I have so much belly fat!

They can't help with diets or whatever. Talk to your doctor with those types of questions. I'm guessing you do this workout one every day for however long you want.
