Dear Rachel, don't get me wrong but I LOVE the fact that you're not talking during your workouts!! I've never realized before how annoying it can be while someone is yelling at you while you're trying to do certain moves haha. You're my new favorite for sure, thank you for introducing me to the art of silence while working out, I'm doing so much better now lol.

While silent workout is non-distracting, I think with narration we can get a better explanations of how to do the move correctly

Actually I felt the opposite because when we are doing the exercise along with them, we always need to read it, it would be so much easier if someone is dictating what to do.

Day 27 :) The main thing you've taught me is consistency Rachel. Stretches were hard for me initially and now i crave them. I'm still a fool for sugar but we'll get there. Right now I'm in a much better place than where i started the year, so you have my thanks

I honestly just wanna say thank you, because these past few days, I've been super sore from working out, but ever since I started doing this after every one, My body has become so much lighter, and it's not sore anymore💕. My soreness would have lasted more than 3 days. I'm happy I chose this👍🏾.

Okay totally didn't expect this to happen but I literally cried during this video. In the beginning of this year I worked out 5 days a week and mentally/physically felt amazing. I know 2020 has been a rough year for everyone but after having a surgery in the Summer I stopped working out. I was full of anxiety, pills made me depressed and unmotivated and to follow my husband had his 3rd surgery in the past 2 years a couple weeks after mine. This is the first time I have worked out in 5 months and I didn't even know how much I missed and needed it. so THANK YOU!

Rachel, just letting you know that timing of your channel is impeccable. I recently got chosen to be featured in this local noontime show to be the challenger for getting fit and weight loss. The idea is that for 100 days I will attempt to have a more active lifestyle and/or lose weight. I'm only on my second day and I got so annoyed with how some were shot and made. Not motivating at all! But for some reason, while I'm watching this, seated down, I am getting excited to do this tomorrow! I'll just use your videos starting tomorrow. I love this cool down, but I’d appreciate it if there were less beeps and counting sounds because it’s super confusing. Since not all the poses are for the same count, all the noises make it difficult to know when to change positions, especially since you’re not talking.

I laugh out loud whenever I see workout videos on KZbin. I'm 82... and if I EVER tried moves you suggest, I'd be in traction for a month. We're not all "20 something" out here.

@@RachelGulottaFitness Just joshin' - I hike around our trails every morning the weather allows - it's not much but it keeps my motor running for the rest of the day. Truth be told - I loathe exercise... especially formalized, routine sets. If I MUST have exercise, I'd much rather get it while accomplishing some task that requires physical exertion. And to all those who proclaim how great they feel after a "workout" I say "good for you." I cannot recall EVER feeling anything but TIRED after exercise, and resentful of the time and fuss, and sometimes money required to get it.
