This was different than the usual types of warm-ups I've come across. It seemed to work well before my HIIT routine today. Thanks, Maddie. Now may I request a 5-minute cool down to match? 😇

I’m in recovery from a autoimmune disease my doctor wants me exercising. This is shorter for me to do so thank you for this video 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Well, I took one of your workout calendars and made a whole Playlist. You have fun and push it to the max workouts but easy to follow. Time for this 53 year old man to drop the pounds and get the health back in order. Thank you for you dedication, fun and renjoyable workouts. Glad I am working out at home at 4:30 am. Don't want my family seeing me do the Dance Party workouts!

Hahaha that’s awesome dude :) keep up the good work!! Exercising and getting the heart pumping in the early morning can definitely be challenging, But you get gifts later in the day! If you sacrifice something earlier in the day (sleeping in) Then that means you get higher boosting of energy later in the day (from the early morning sacrifice). Any sacrifice we make that we are very attached to, means gifts down the road, guaranteed :)

Nice! I work from home so my legs are stagnant or rarely stretch. Whenever i go out and walk, my legs starting to have severe pain, restraints or muscle tightening. So Im gonna apply your warmth up before going out to prepare my legs for a long walk.

Hi from Germany, discovered you just recently and i love your videos. Especially everything that is for legs( my biggest problem) What would be really super helpful is a video for the backside of the legs including exercises for "saddlebags" ( hope that is correct in english) Hope you read this, huge fan, happy i found your videos☆

I’ve done this warm up probably 50 times now and every time you say ‘keep the core nice and tight’ my core is never nice and tights so that reminder is very on point 😂
