Then due to laziness, I stopped and now have started from Sunday. Actually, don't take it in a wrong way, but I can't see changes in my body at all. I am doing and sweating a lot but still.. The videos lasting for 10-15 mins are the best , does miracles!! For doing longer videos , one has to be cautious about injures , if people already have issues . Thank you soo much 🥰 Robert for the wonderful job

I haven't exercised in months. This was great to get my body reacquainted with movement without feeling like I need a breathing treatment or azma pump. There's nothing worse than being pressured to finish or feeling like a failure if I don't. I enjoyed the breaks, slow pace, & easy exercises that I could do right at home. Thanks!!!

I’m usually lifting weights in the gym, but was stressed by exams in december, and then visited my family at Christmas and NYE, and then I got sick - so haven’t been to the gym for a month or so. Day 4 the difference in leg drops is monumental. On the first day I could not lift my legs even a bit I struggled doing it 12 times and my legs came crashing down, but today I am able to hold it! Thank you Roberta!

The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

Really needed this its been a couple months almost a year that I haven't put my body to do workouts, as a college student and having a full-time job I just feel like i dont have time to do a full 30 minutes or go drive to the gym. Ive tried a couple of apps but they just have to many ads or their set up is weird and flimsy. This youtube video was definitely what I needed thank you guys so much!

I completed! It's my first day today, and im 12 yrs old and i think i weight 60 kilos now and im turning 13 at april :) i really want to lose weight so that i can wear a nice dress in my birthday with confidence. I'm gonna start doing this for a month and a half because that is the only time left till my bday. Wish me luck i hope this would help me lose fats in my thight arm shoulders and tummy. I spent a year and a half doing nothing and eating takeout. This is the start of my turn around. Went from 125lbs to 200lbs at 5ft11. Ill come back to this in a week, a month, etc.

This is an awesome starting point for me, Tysm! I’ve decided to loose some weight and I’m going to start by just doing one of these ten minute a day while I get used to working up to an hour a day. I’m starting at 240 pounds and I’m so excited to see how I progress! I’ve done this before (I used to weigh 150 when I was doing sports and then I was started on a new medication due to my chronic illness that made me gain a ton of weight 😢) so I know I can do it! Maybe I will come back here in a few months and update you all! ❤

What I really appreciate about this workout is that nobody's yelling at me to work faster and harder. It's just the rhythmic counting from 1-12 as we do each exercise and that's so nice. This is why I workout with this channel ❤🤌

i have been doing this workout plus i m following one more video of yours (title : 6 lower belly exercises to make belly fat cry) since 1 and half month and i have seen many changes in me. it helped me to stay active during winters and also helped me to loose some belly fat and be in shape. Leg drop is the hardest part for me in this workout routine. On day 1 I could only do 2 leg drops but today on day 3 i did 4. I see some progress here. Thanks to you ❤

Y'all it's actually work!! I don't have weight machine but have seen changes like my jaw its more sharp but you should do this exercises two times in day plus kpop dance

My mom says that during workout if u sweat then it good. Because that lets u know that u have burned calories if u don't sweat that means u didn't did the workout properly.😀
