I would do it everyday as soon as you wake up especially as a beginner. It's a good workout to get your heart pumping.

I loved it 🤩, it such a great start for me after a 3 year break from having kids back to back. I'm able to fit it into my busy schedule ( SAHM). It 10am and I can't believe I'm already done with my workout. I have decided to easy my way into working out again. for now am aiming for consistency over perfection, in order to build back the habit of working out. 10 minutes a day for next 30 days. I'll drop another comment here after 30days to let you know of my process (holding myself accountability).

Conoces tu cuerpo? Sabes que un ejercicio bien realizado con excelente técnica, vale mucho más que ejercicios demasiado articulados que parecen ser eficientes, pero que no trabaja el musculo en forma apropiada, Monika si sabe, simpleza y excelente técnica, prueben entrenar con ella y no la dejaran, Gracias Monika.

It says "beginner friendly" and some of the comments agree but, I don't think so. How is a beginner supposed to balance on one leg while bending over and lifting the other leg behind them all parallel to the ground? That's not a beginner move. I guess I should have realized something was off when the pinned comment from MonikaFit asks if "you managed to finish it."

I’m sorry but this is not possible there is no workout or exercise you can do for this. The only thing to consider is losing weight can lead to a reduction in breast size. Hope this helps 💛
