Hey bro amazing video just to add something when we eat anything it first go through whole digestive system then through liver and is then Released in blood stream but due to an enzyme called BCAA aminotransferase enzyme bcaa gets directly into blood stream from stomach and then is converted into ATP in muscles. So during your last exercises consuming BCAA will give you an ATP boost which help to get more reps and more sets however your body doesn't even use that intraworkout bcaa in muscle building and that 15% increase in lean mass was mostly due to having more sets and reps.....at the end of the day they are only 1-2% in over all scheme of events if they give you better workouts use them if not then don't simple as that. I personally use them on leg days and when it's been more than 3 hrs between my preworkout meal and workout.

I tell you correct things. Just forget about scientific background or research. BCAA is just the advance form of energy drink( electral powder,Glucon D.). It is nothing to do with Fat loss or muscle gain. We take Electral Powder Or Glucon D when the cause is dehydration. But we are exhausted in the gym due to workout which is actually weight lifting. BCAA just keep you energetic during workout. For muscle gain we have Whey protein etc. When someone is not feeling fatigue, kindly don’t take BCAA. But few people are weak or they tired soon, they can take BCAA. I just bought Optimum Nutrition(ON) BCAA.
