20 is a lot isn't it...one can understand on a loading phase which again is all about quicker results....not size or anything as such since you can have to saturate your muscles with creatine before you see results...but 20 for a regular long term consumption is a lot man!

yep 20 is way too much. 5gm is enough for an average lifter. even if you take 20, the excess will be urinated out of your system. but becareful coz it will put alot of strain on yo kidneys

I have a friend, who is no. 1 trithalon runner of India as on date, he has woon three trithalon in 2023 including Goa and Kazakstan, BCCA is highly suggested by him if u are doing endurance training, also beetroot supplement for better blood flow.

20 gm is for Loading phase. It's basically for pro's who wants quick muscle boost may be just before competition. They do it only for a week and then go back to unloading which is 3-5 gm per day.
