Side Lunges: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and step to the side with your right leg, bending your right knee and keeping your left leg straight. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. 2. Clamshells: Lie on your side with your knees bent and your feet together. Keeping your feet together, lift your top knee as high as you can
