DOGS GO SWIMMING - Sunday vlog - board games + chill

A chilled out Sunday with us!
We bought a paddling pool for Brady and Blaze! They loved it (although Brady did have to wake up for his little swim haha!).
And it wouldn't be a Sunday without board games and lots of family fun.
Yes we love Lasagne, and yes we sing the Lasagne song every time we have it.

TheChocobunnyrockz thats exactly what I thought too. Sometimes it seems like her „what I eat in a day“ videos are fake. If she really would eat like this every day, she wouldnt be still that thin. I know that there are ups and downs in recovery but not for one year. I am in recovery too and I‘ll try to not watch her videos during it again because its triggering me. Watching her eat 4000 calories a day and staying that thin -> not possible. So I sadly have to say „good bye, dear, I‘ll miss your videos, please keep going on and dont stay in your ED because of KZbin and Insta followers“. 🙋🏼‍♀️💜

Are you on about the lasagne? 🤔 because I definitely didn’t! mum portion all my dinners out - I actually had more than everyone (mum added a leftover bit after everyone’s was dished out). I think you probably thought they had more because Satara and Mum cut it all into tiny bits before they eat it they don’t eat it like a piece at a time? I like to just cut as I eat, like Dad. Haha I dunno! But honestly yeah we do all have a square each and I’d never have a 1/4 of their portion! I wouldn’t want a smaller portion, Mums lasagne is amazing!

@@elzani6744 sorry but on the video your portion looked the smallest. I hope you had more after. Also you appeared reluctant to start eating again and too hyper focused on what it looked like. What was the tiny bits of cucumber for? Does this reduce your anxiety? Try to get rid of that habit. Maybe you didn't even realise the cucumber was to avoid eating the lasagne. Please keep up the hardest work because recovery is super hard every single meal . I know too well. Xx

Elly Nash it wasn’t the smallest and Mum even said that after reading the comment above, she told me not to reply but I don’t like when people judge and think they know when they don’t, I had more and Mum says it’s ridiculous I even have to reply to defend myself but I am because I’m proud I can have the same and more now, when even a year ago I’d not even touch lasagne. And mum dishes out my meals as well so would never let me have less. Also with the cucumber, it was slices with Mum cut the way everyone likes, and deffo not to reduce anxiety, probs actually gave me me lol! I don’t love cucumber but I’m eating the same + more as my family and dad said I had to have some so then it was equivalent to Mums + extra lasagne! I ate the cucumber super fast because it’s the worst part lol! Please don’t be too quick to judge. It’s even clear because I didn’t have cucumber at the beginning. Honestly, I’m just trying to be NORMAL and dad said that why not have it because it’s good and normal to do. I don’t think cucumber is amazing with lasagne, but I had it. It deffo wasn’t an ED thing, but quite the opposite!

I just want to say thank you elzani for introducing me to good food!!!! So today I went shopping with my mom and I live in Algeria the brands you have there aren't available here but then i came across this biscuits and they were biscoff biscuits and omg I was soooo happy and they are so good too!! I'm probably never gonna come across them again but I'm still glad I got to .you are incredibly strong and you really inspire me to hold onto recovery even tho at times I just don't want to. I love this video of you and your family Elzani, especially since I no longer have any family and I’m all alone. My family are in Heaven now all I have is my sick cat. Watching your family videos reminds me what it’s like to be with my wonderful Mom and Dad. I’m an only child and couldn’t have children. Thank you for making me smile in my grief with this video, I lost my Mom last September 14th. and my dog Toby on March 29th. ❤️😢

hey Elzani. i love to follow you journey from denmark. what are the name of that game you and you familly play in this video? i did fight against anorexia from age of 16-18 year, im 27 years old today.. it makes me happy to see so carrying loving familly you have. you gonna beat this one day . my familly did not understand how i was having so many problems with eating stuff i did love years back.. how i did getting cry over a small thing or why i did feel i was fat when my weight did say i was not... but one day i did see how ill i was and did get help from my doctor. today i do eat what i want or when i want. i do not think about calorier not one singel day.. it have nearly ruin my life and in a way it have becuse i cant never be pregnat becuse of my history with that stupid disease... sorry for bad english writting. i can talk it very good but not write it... keep fightning and you life gonna be so mutch more when you get a healthy weight again and get energi to do all you wante

SourPuppy_ CSCL SourPuppy_ CSCL anorexia isn’t about weight or a “look”. It is horrible and life destroying. If you are suffering in any way you NEED to recover, no matter what. Never compare yourself to anyone, that is also the eating disorder because it makes you compare. Recover now and live your best life. No weight or look will ever define having anorexia xx
