Just be careful that your disorder doesn’t take control in other ways, like obsessing over a certain food, repeating yourself or making something look super photogenic. So proud of you girly but just bare in mind these illnesses show in so many ways! X
@rainhealey93175 жыл бұрын
i agree! i feel like her saying that a certain food is a fear over and over & saying she hasnt had a food before repeatedly is her "proving" that its okay she has it or trying to validate it for herself and it would be cool to see a challenge where she cant say anything like that for a day. it might be just me but i see it a lot
@uncledavid17765 жыл бұрын
I agree with you, but she seems extremely conscious of her hidden eating disordered habits. She’s going to have some setbacks but I think it’s awesome that she’s found a food that she loves and wants to keep on having each day with all of her fear foods. She’s probably obsessing over it cause she’s proud of herself.

Porridge is so delicious. My favourite one is with Hazelnutmilk, a mashed really ripe banana, oats, vanilla extract and then every topping you like. Oh and my second favourite one is with oats, hazelnutmilk, Biscoff (cooked in) and then some biscoff cookies on top.

Can we all just appreciate how far this girl has come 🙏 well done you little superstar 🌟 maybe try and change the word “fear food” to new food... so it doesn’t make you feel like you shouldn’t eat them as words can be just as triggering as the actual eating 😁

When I had anorexia, I ate porridge everyday. If it wasn't for that I probably would not have survived. I sometimes had it twice a day. I made mine with milk and honey, or I bought the Quaker oats with golden syrup 🤤.. Porridge is the best and I still love it 😂

Oh and my favorite thing to put in porridge is biscoff spread and crushed biscoff biscuits...sometimes I'll even heat up some peanut butter and drizzle it over all of that as a finishing touch.... I like that for dessert sometimes as well
@gracetietze19235 жыл бұрын
I LOVE Biscoff in my oatmeal but I’ve never tried the cookies in it as well! Spreads like Biscoff were a super big fear and now I’m like, how could you live without Biscoff and PB?!
@ruthiestarkey2745 жыл бұрын
try adding a tablespoon of either chia seeds or coconut flour to the oats when cooking for a slightly thicker porridge. super yum! also a lil scoop of cocoa powder in would probably be divine with the hazelnut milk 🤤😍

The mani life deep roast peanut butter is insane! I bought the hazelnut milk today when out so I need to try it in porridge. As I’m vegan I was thinking of trying to make a vegan Nutella porridge and also think it would be great for like a Nutella hot chocolate. Also in costa they have a new vegan rocky road just with you making this in the video it would be awesome if you could try it. Love to hear what you think of it in comparison to an ordinary one. I still have a huge fear of granola I can happily eat porridge which is basically the same. So I need to challenge it. I’ve got a deliciously Ella one in my cupboard that I’ve wanted to try but been too scared so going to give it a go xx

Hey Elzani, I have been watching your videos ever since you started KZbin, I have had severe anorexia which almost took my life, therapy really is important, it is not only about food and weight gain, it is about not focusing your life just around your eating disorder, I am now qualified to care for people and am so willing to go to university to become a psychiatric nurse, and I KNOW you cannot look after others if you're poorly yourself, you need to stop counting calories, measuring, obsessing about food, otherwise you will severely waste your life away, GET UP AND GO GURL!!

@HollyGrace905 жыл бұрын
You need to pile that peanut butter on, extra syrup extra everything. Just more of everything. Portion yourself spread up, then add double what you'd usually have, you really need more healthy fats in your diet to gain more weight my flower. Healthy fats and carbs will help you gain weight. You've done extremely well so far but push yourself further now because you'll level out and that's when you need to do more. Lots of love and best wishes from norfolk. Xx

Yes to hazelnutmilk! I love it with oats. Also almond milk, coconut milk and cashew milk are recommendable. Porrigde used to be my safe food as well. Well porrige.. you could better call it oat soup, with stupid stuff like fibre and sweeteners. Now i make porrige with fruit, nut butter, and often chocolate as well! Much better.
