Does anyone else find Dr. Evil funnier than Austin Powers? I know they're both played by the same actor but Dr. Evil is more charming.

Dr evil doesn't really move the plot he just sets up the urgency and then it cuts to Austin moving through the plot and cut back to Dr evil making a joke. Thats basically the whole mini me song sequences are, those scenes could be anything so they made it the funniest.
