@colinlines76992 жыл бұрын
@@engidateshale9521 How do I stay slim?. I'll try not to ramble. Breakfast: I don't always eat breakfast, its an easy one for me to skip but this morning I had a boiled egg, no toast. I don't eat bread. A cup of peppermint tea. Mid morning: A cup of black coffee, no sugar. I sometimes treat myself to a dark chocolate digestive biscuit. Lunch: Sea Bass fillet with spinach / arugula salad. A small glass of white wine. Evening meal: something light, today it was Stilton cheese salad, olives, walnuts and almonds with an olive oil dressing. That's it for the day, nothing else to eat until the following day Carbs are the Devil, I don't eat bread or potato, I eat very little pasta or rice. The other Devil to beware of is SUGAR, it is in everything we eat and drink, read labels. I have never drunk Coke etc, avoid shakes and fruit smoothies, they are sugar bombs. I guess I did ramble a bit. Hope it helps.

Dr. Berg, I’ve been watching your videos for several months now. I was 196 pounds and I had acid reflux that was difficult to control. Now my acid reflux barely exists and I’ve already lost 15 pounds by eating the recommended foods avoiding certain foods, eating whole lemon, including apple cider vinegar and doing the 18:6 daily fasting. I feel great, my clothes fit so much better, I have more energy, and any intermittent knee pain I used to experience has resolved completely! Thank you for the education to give me the tools I needed to ward off so many undesirable conditions!

Hi Magnus. I promise, if you keep going you'll feel great n reach all your health goals, God-willing. I had horrible reflux was 45 lbs overweight, had knee n hip pain, rosecea, it's all gone. I've been diluting 4 tbsps of ACV in a glass of water n consuming some lemon water daily for the past 10 months. I've only lost 20#'s, but my body composition has changed 70%. I've lost 9.5 inches of pure fat. I have waaay more energy, know what foods my body tolerates, I eat much healthier, n am more productive. All of these things, bc I hung in there. The scale lies. Please don't depend on it. Every time one fasts, SAFELY, by listening to the experts;their body composition is changing. Those who have lots to lose, lose weight faster, than those who have less to lose. I'm soo close to the,"normal BMI." I'm excited, I can't wait to reach my normal weight, God-willing. It's been a long time. My goal is less than that, but I will know when I get there. May you all reach all of your health n life goals.

How: 1) Keto 2) OMAD (One meal a day) - In olive oil, I fry up small chunks of grass-fed beef with crab flakes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, asparagus, sliced garlic cloves, Kerrygold butter or garlic-butter, with no-salt seasonings, and then place that over a bed of lettuce in a bowl, lettuce seasoned with Bragg nutritional yeast, more no-salt seasonings, & ranch dressing, THEN, I place 3-4 Sunnyside down eggs on top of that. Season to taste. Sounds like a lot, but it's not. 3) MCT Oil in my tea, with 2 squirts of organic stevia, 2 cap fulls of lemon juice, 2 cap fulls of Bragg Citrus Ginger Apple Cider Vinegar, twice per day. 4) No sugar, or drastically reduce intake 5) Jogging 30 minutes per day or every other day (I usually take a day or two off per week). 6) Light weight training with an emphasis on abs & chest. These segments have helped me so much--leaving my Org. TOFU into "Mash potatoes" recipe here--1 block of organic Tofu with 3 tablespoons of unsweetened organic soy milk and around 5 tablespoons of organic chia seeds into a blender, blend until creamy, put that in a pan with 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk with a tab of butter (faux butter), add spices--a little (teaspoon) of cumin (cumin changes it into tasting like mash potatoes), Tumeric, black pepper, garlic, (1/4 teaspoon of sea salt or pink salt, optional), and 1/2 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar. Best to do little on the spices and add more, too much spices makes it taste different. Cook on low-med heat stirring until there is no liquid residue for the creamy faux mashed potatoes, tastes around 85% like authentic mashed potatoes. I am unsure if it is my recipe since I worked at a fancy health food restaurant decades ago, and may have learned about it there, but I do not recall that, and I was not in the kitchen, but it could have been on the menu and I asked about it. I eat this with sauerkraut and vegan faux wurst.

I wanted to write a comment after a month of listening to Dr. Bergs videos, I started to follow the Keto and IF diet because of him, I was addicted to sugar and couldn’t control my eating, I would go on a diet and then binge eat. I never thought I could give up my carbs a and sweets so I never wanted to try keto. But so far with his guidance on all the videos, I can say I feel so much better. I used to always be bloated, tired, sluggish. But with this diet, I have so much clarity, I have more energy and I feel so good. It’s been a month since I started and I’ve lost 6lbs already. I don’t have cravings and I don’t even get tempted to eat carbs and sugar anymore. I also feel like I have control of my eating. Which I think has helped me to not binge eat. I feel satisfied after each meal and I enjoy the foods I’m eating. I’m so happy I gave this a try and I don’t see myself going back to eating like I used to before.

Vitamins listed are: Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Niacin, Thiamin, B6, Folate, & Zinc. That sounds like a lot of stuff - Is this bad or OK? Excelente canal.
