My car is 21 years old and in great condition. As a low mileage vehicle I expect it to be around for at least a few more years, and as it was parked inside our garage all of its life, the paint still looks like new. They're trying to shame people for having an " older " car and yet in certain ways, my car is better than new. I have a naturally aspirated, dependable ( has never failed yet ) V6 mated to a 4 speed automatic transmission with REAL gears, not a noisy unreliable ctv, there's no dangerous and confusing " menu within menu " controls, just REAL knobs and buttons that are easy to operate so you don't have to take your eyes off the road for more than a split second, there have been NO major repairs, the last thing I replaced was a radio and I got a replacement at the local junkyard for peanuts and did the work myself, maintenance is easy and cheap and the insurance is surprisingly inexpensive. Ultimately, the considerable money I'm saving by driving this car will end up paying for my next car. Oh yeah, if I have a flat tire on a road trip, there's a REAL spare tire under the trunk that I can drive on without needing to immediately look for a tire shop which may or may not be there. I'm bound to replace this car eventually but until then why fix it if it isn't broken? No Shame.

I have a 21 year old Accura with 89k miles on it that I just bought for $4,500. The interior is perfect, leather seats, Bose stereo system, automatic windows/seats and seat warmers. Sun roof and there's a heater in the back. Its painted gold and has the original spoiler on the back and the rims are beautiful 😍 this car is an absolute gem 💎 👌 What happened was the folks that purchased this car back in the day, were elderly and they took really good car of the car and drive it seldomly and they have a garage where they stored the car. They said that they bought another car later and they put the Accura in their garage and they brought it out over the years to do maintenance and let the engine run here and there but that was really it. So when I went to the car dealership to buy a car, these amazing people came in to do an exchange with their car. I was in the right place at the right time because I took the car home that day. My whole point in saying any of this is just because a car is old doesn't mean that its a POS! My Accura is so nice! And it is crazy bcuz purchasing a car that nice with such low miles and everything working and sounding beautiful the way it does and is but is newer..... would have cost 10k or more for sure! Man I am so appreciative for my car to be as old as it is. Okay well hope everyone is having a blessed day and don't always judge a book by its age ;)

Sorry guys, but I think the lady was being shady. She was nearly asking for repairs nearly the same amount she had paid for work done on it a little while before he used it. She had no proof of anything, repairs or damages. The defendant I do believe promise to pay her something to drive her car. But I think her problem was more so he used the car more than they discussed. She figured she would just hit him with what repairs she may or may not have already paid.

She wants $1500 for car repairs on a 20-year-old car that's worth $500.00. Only in America!

They're both sketchy; there's something weird going on, but it's hard to pinpoint it.

Someone should find out if her insurance company knew she was “renting” out her car. Seems that is shady if insurance company does not know about it.

8:40 He said he tried to correct that with her staff that morning. So, why did the Judge get snarky with him about his countersuit?

They are built to fail early. It is a business decision. Years ago my husband worked in research & development for a well known car company and they were doing just that…he left the company.

Defendant keeps staring at her creepy. He took advantage of her. By the way they built cars 20 years ago better than they build them today.
