Lol dang, insta-cramped my lats on both sides doing this, imagine I’m holding too much tension there. Maybe need some more tissue work?

There must be a better way of hitting those lats and integrating the fascia than that. What’s the reason behind the 45 degree stand? Is it to isolate the lat? There’s better ways of gettin the same result.
