I absolutely love hasfit! I've been following for a year now, but with a long pause as of lately. My workouts were always different, from hasfit, to weight training, to kickboxing. But I then started hanging out with the wrong crowd and getting into drugs. Now that I'm sober, I've been slowly getting back at it, with hasfit of course. Thank you for everything hasfit!

Of all the vids i've seen on here - this one is deff the top of the list. Not only is he engaging with the viewer, has proper form and execution with each warm up exercise, he also narrates what exactly he's doing in the warm up/what body parts it focuses on and is encouraging to the listener. As a CPT in training, these are all important points that need to be remembered and mentioned to the clients. Kuddos to you , sir!

Been following hasfit for about 6 months non-stop now, no gym either, just 5-10 lb dumbbells. I used to be a regular gym goer for 5+ years and i have never been in better shape till i started these videos. This guy know's whats up. Thanks, Coach Kozak!

Very effective warmup routine. Much more engaging than just stretching in a static position. A must have warmup before every workout.

It's 2018 and i am still using this dynamic stretching warm up before i do my workouts. I also use this warm up before i go to work to prevent injuries and prepare my body for anything. It's the best warm up ever! I even bought their black t-shirt and gray hoodie sweater to support them. They saved my health, and because of that, I am stronger and fitter than ever. 6 months of this warm-up followed by a 20-minute Warrior workout, and following the eating plan, has helped me lose 25lbs. From 225lbs to, as of this morning, 200lbs on my 6'2" frame. I modify the workout to fit my 52-year-old abilities (planking in place of each ab set to save my back, curls and shoulder weights instead of burpies). I've lost 3" off waistline and gained muscle and core strength and definition. Sure, I've had setbacks, sugar and French fry binges, week-long lazy periods--but I just kept at it. Coach Kozak is friendly and encouraging. So much better than a drill sergeant type gym rat. I never feel like I have to be perfect at the workouts or eating. It's all about progress. Start easy, let your body adjust. Do what you can. Next time you'll do more, and you'll feel great about doing it in your body, mind, and spirit! Thanks, Coach!

This really helped me warm up my body before interpreting (sign language). Arms and wrists move about 13,000 times an hour when interpreting; going into it cold led to tendinitis, but on the mend!

Is this a recommended stretching routine to simply start the day with? I have knee issues, so I'm unable to do much squatting, and I found this one to be the most convenient.

I loved it!! Coach, I am just back in to the fitness and weight loss world. I have quite a bit of weight to lose (60 lbs). I wonder if you have a work out you can recommend that is just a step or so up from this warm-up. I did try one of your work out videos right after this warm up and did about a quarter of it. I went right back to this warm up video and did it twice really amping up arms so I could get good cardio. Really got a ton out of this video and your style is very nice - relaxed, normal. Any recommendations for one of your work out vids I can do right after this warm up would be greatly appreciated. One note - in the actual work out video you used the word 'females' - I would suggest sticking to 'woman' or 'women'. Nicer feel. Thanks!! Elizabeth

+Elizabeth Love Sheehan Hi Elizabeth, i'm obviously not the coach but i found the 30 min. Low Impact Cardio Excercises + Abs video (from HASfit ofcourse) the perfect one to get fitter. That was almost 2 years ago and i still do it sometimes when i want some light and safe cardio excercise after my strenght training. It's also segmented into 4, so if you can't do the full 30 mins. , you can start out with just 1 or 2 segments and work your way up. Good luck!

Thank you for helping me get rid of back pain from sciatica... I sit every day long hours... can you give me link of video and show me workout routine to get flexibility cuz my hamstrings, pelvis and hips are in bad shape...

This is SOOOO EFFECTIVE ! It’s actually beyond belief. All the weights had my body feeling stiff and am only 21 😂. So il defo start in cooperating this

All my life i would do static stretching . I was looking good but feeling stiff and kept getting injuries . My therapist told me about dynamic stretching before a workout and static after the workout . If you stretch a cold muscle ,you are likely to tear or pull

1. Arm cross/butt kick - 15 - Arms side to side, kick butt and switch arm on top 2. Posterior swing - 15 - Legs wide, slight knee bend, arms overhead and swing through legs 3. Pull and fly - 10 - Feet shoulder width, weight in butt and thighs at 45 degrees 4. High knee pulldown - 10 each side - Feet shoulder width, reach high, bring knee up and pull down, alternate knees 5. Standing twist - 10 each side - Weight in hips, hands in front 6. Standing calf raise - 10 - Push off balls of feet 7. Running arm - 10 each side - Elbows at 90 degrees, hands in front of face and behind back (Reps approximate)
