I ruptured my Achilles 2 months ago, yesterday was my first day walking without a boot, I didn't have surgery, I'm walking just fine but I am having a difficulty to perform even one heel raise. What should I do?

Can you please make a video about knee ligaments covering all ACL, MCL, LCL, PCL.
@RockerRanjit65Ай бұрын
Their injury, rehab exercises, and any other info which would be helpful.
@RockerRanjit65Ай бұрын
I had an injury about 6-7 years ago, in my LCL there was 20-30% strain and moisture. I did rehab then, and many months or years later I started playing and cycling, but faced the same or worse issue. At this time I can't cycle. If I walk for 2-3km (not continuously), It starts to pain. It is also gotten bit worse due to cold weather, but there is issue with my knee.
@RockerRanjit65Ай бұрын
As I searched and read about it I got to know that MCL & LCL, can't be damaged alone, any other ligament is possibly also damaged along with it, and I'm not sure which one it is.
