ITPro.TV is awesome! I was able to get my first IT certification (A+) with the help of ITPro.TV. I am now going after Server+. I had the privilege of meeting the instructors when they had an open house in their new studios here in Gainesville. They are all great people. They explain everything in plain English on the fundamentals, A+, and the like courses for anyone to understand. The virtual labs are very cool for people that don't have access or cannot afford a home lab in order to try hands-on training with full OS's and programs that you want to try out. The virtual labs also have step by step guides if you want to learn how to do a process from start to finish the right way. I'll never drop my subscription to them! It's also interesting that one of the founders, Tim Broom, got the inspiration for ITPro.TV from watching Leo Laporte and Patrick Norton on The Screen Savers during the TechTV days.

Hey in your virtual environment that you made with server 16 can you replicate some situations that may happen in a helpdesk 1/2 position? I setup my domain environment with server16 but I don't know how to get the best from this environment because I haven't been working in the IT field that long.
