Easy And Moist Holiday Fruit Cake!!

I made this cake last night with fruit I've been soaking in brandy for 18 months. It was fantastic! I forgot to buy nutmeg (didn't realize this until I went to reach for it) so I substituted molasses, and I used the fruit-infused brandy instead of apple juice. I have made fruitcakes from a couple of different recipes and this one is the best yet. I will definitely be making it next year!

I am using crazins, orange peel, and dried pineapple because I am not a fan of candied fruit either. I think as long as it's dried it will be fine.

I used dried blueberries, cherries, currents and raisins. Soaked in brandy for a year and a half!
