Let’s take my favorite green beans dish. The beans get so soft and tender but not mushy!
You’ll need:
1 lb green beans
1/2 cup oil (for wok frying method, 1/4 cup for shallow frying, 2 1/2 tbs for air frying)
2 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp garlic salt (or add more to taste)
sesame seeds
chili flakes (I usually use gochugaru)
