I loved this and saved this to my notes on my phone. I'm about to send it to my daughter. I think I'm going to make that banana, peanut butter and raspberry bread tonight. I have all of the ingredients in the house. I'm trying to do better with my food choices and this looks like a nice healthy dessert! Thank you so much for this video!

Remember to always Use food gloves. Have 2 pairs. 1st glove pair handles and the opens packages and the 2nd pair removes and touches the produce.

They should last in air-tight containers/jars in the fridge for about four days☺️ You could also freeze the egg bake & bolognese😁

First of all, thanks for the video! I was just wondering, since some of the recipes says it makes 6 servings but you only meal prep for 3 days, does it mean you eat more than 1 serving? Just curious!

Nope! I’m not the biggest fan of the texture/flavor of cottage cheese, but I like to use it in recipes where it’s blended because then you can’t taste it😍

My husband was very picky as a kid, so his mom would put a bowl of cottage cheese on the table. He still likes it & I’ve always loved it. I’m currently doing WW, so I will add a half cup to my lunch. I sprinkle it with dill weed. I’m trying to get more protein in my diet & a lower amount of carbs. Your Greek salad jars look so delicious. I’m definitely going to make some of those. Everything looks amazing. I love your style of cooking!

I’m pretty sure the calories on that are fine… you should be eating around 450 calories per meal (I’m a young woman in my early 20s, your requirements, could be different for you). I pretty much eat similar meals, and they are ok calorie wise. And if the calories are a little high, just work them out
