My husband was very picky as a kid, so his mom would put a bowl of cottage cheese on the table. He still likes it & I’ve always loved it. I’m currently doing WW, so I will add a half cup to my lunch. I sprinkle it with dill weed. I’m trying to get more protein in my diet & a lower amount of carbs. Your Greek salad jars look so delicious. I’m definitely going to make some of those. I’m pretty sure the calories on that are fine… you should be eating around 450 calories per meal (I’m a young woman in my early 20s, your requirements, could be different for you). I pretty much eat similar meals, and they are ok calorie wise. And if the calories are a little high, just work them out
