We have a freeze dryer and free range chickens. I am going to try separating the egg yolks from the whites and make my own powder to make this. I am not a bread eater, as I have a narrowed esophogus and bread and meat can easily get "stuck" in my throat. But my husband wants to try keto after seeing how much weight I have lost since July. He loves bread and sandwiches! I hope he will like this. Thank you for sharing!

It’s a great substitute. It’s not the same texture as traditional bread, it sort of has an Angel food texture but we love it. It toasts great but you have to watch, it toasts quickly. It is great to have a sandwich and toast

Wow! Just made this bread and it is a game changer. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. I have lived the Keto lifestyle for 4 years, often falling off the wagon in pursuit of BREAD. I do not like almond or coconut flour and so to have a recipe without is super duper. I live in the U.K. unfortunately KETO USA is way ahead of the U.K., we do not have the luxury of buying off the shelf Keto products. It doesn’t taste like it because it’s not sweet. The first time I made it it was like Angel food cake texture but this time it is softer. Its not sticky like Angel food cake either

It all depends on the size pans you use. The pan I use, I get about 8 loaves. It’s so expensive! I have been researching on how I can find it cheaper. If I do I’ll let everyone know. They have some on Amazon too but all equals out to same price. There are some smaller bags on there.

Egg white powder is expensive. Since you are just reconstituting it, couldnt you just use egg whites make meringue and add in egg yolk?🤔
