Yes you can! It’s about 10 grams egg whites powder + 60 grams of water

You need a base for marshmallow - jam, purée , otherwise it won’t have taste/flavor

Agar-agar is a thickening agent that gives marshmallow flowers their unique texture. It cannot be replaced with other ingredients, as it provides the necessary firmness and stability while keeping the flowers lightweight.
