Thanks. The baked one resembles this temitope biscuit ( pako biscuit) in Nigeria, I am not sure if it is still being produced.

if u don't have butter can u oil as substitute dear .if so with oil wc qautity in the dough

You can use oil but the chin chin is going to be hard, not as soft as the one that butter or margarine is used in. Thanks for watching.

interesting as i have never used powdered milk but it looks like it would add a nice creaminess to it. chin chin is so nice and so addictive you just take one hand full and the next thing you know the whole bowl is finished

If i do the chin chin without eggs, does it also come out very soft. I tried using eggs, they were very soft and nice but the problem comes in when frying. I think its because of the egg that the oil causes foam and it later pours
