This is a useful way to use up those last bits of pasta bags that aren't enough for one person, so you're not limited to just lasagne sheets. This is easy to do and, I've been doing this for years!!! Thanks for sharing YOUR version. ✌🏻

I made this today. I added a few extra dried veggies and was short on sauce, so on the top layer I added some canned diced tomatoes with sweet onion and sprinkled some basil on top of that. I was also short on time, so I cooked on high for two hrs. and low for about another half hr. It really was very good and my husband liked it, too. Thanks!

Please have more slow cooker recipes that are easy. I'm a college student and I don't really have fancy ovens and cooking materials. Its either I microwave something or go order take-out. Also if it's more on the protein side that would be awesome. Something I eat after every workout.

I made one last year. It really was awesome! I made my sauce from scratch (it's sacrilege in my family to use anything else!). It really was delicious. I had to let mine cook for a little longer. I have a small kitchen and using the crock pot was the best.

Thank You So Much!!!! Your recipe for the cheese mixture was absolutely perfect for my lasagna! for years my lasagna was good, but never great. Now that I have a way to jazz up the cheese, my family loves it! I use a meat mixture of ground Italian sweet pork sausage and ground turkey mean combined with onions, peppers, garlic and chopped peeled plum tomatos and I stagger the cheese mixture with the meat and sauce mixture!!! Bravo Sir!! ~Cheers!~

The use of soup mix (onion, veggie, or Leek-the Best for this) in the cheese mixture is genius and simple. I did mine in the oven, and the pasta cooked up nicely. I used regular pasta (not ready bake) and it turned out fine as long as you give it a quick soak in water. Tap water works well, doesn't have to be hot, just to make it flexy. This method is great too. I'll never boil noodles again.
