Whisking in circular or zigzag motions will result in smooth or foamy tea.
2. Recipe:
The recipe comes down to your unique specifications. The amount of matcha powder depends on your cup size, the type of matcha powder, and your taste preference. As mentioned in the video, I would go with the recommended amount from the vendor (most of the time written on the package) and adjust to your preference 🍵👍
