Sir, I am 17 yrs old my height is 5.8 and weight is approximately 55-57 kg since last 4 months I have been following my self made workout plan, I'm better looking better now. I wanna do Body recomposition but I couldn't track my diet and I eat only home food, no junk food, no package food. I need your advice as to what I should do and what I should not do. I eat 1000 calories a day and have fiber,carb and protein and doing exercises that burn 3000 cal a day I don't eat sugar since 2 week but sill i am not lossing weight and fat please mack a video on that...
