Max, can you overeat avocado? I love avocado and try to include it on all salads. Also love to eat it with eggs. Can you eat too much avocado in a day? Thanks. Going to pick up at least one of your books today (all 3 if they have them at my local Barnes and Noble).

@@matthewreese3036 thank you Matthew for the support! Yes it’s possible, as avocados are very calorie dense foods. I try to limit it to a half of a large to a whole small avocado every day.

Hi Ed, I was curious as to who you are and I just looked you up on-line and watched this interview. I am super excited that I will have an opportunity to hear you speak LIVE at NCI Coaching Con next weekend. I thought the interview was very informative and I will definitely check out more of Max Lugavere’s content about what to eat and why. It made me smile and I can 100% relate to you when you said, you grew up having to stay at the table until you ate everything on your plate…at 51, it’s still with me. Looking forward to watching more of your content AND meeting you in Arizona in 6 days. 🛫💪🏼🙂😊

@MCMAT_32 жыл бұрын
This reminds me of the show you did with Dr. Ian Smith. Especially the part about not eating processed foods. I recall Dr. Smith describing it as, if it doesnt look like the way it is grown or natural cuts from meat, it's processed. My favorite was when he said the ingredients should be 5-7 items on the food lab. Max took what I heard previously and just MAXED IT OUT! Both you dudes put some solid next level information in this one. It's peculiar to me that we are looking for souch advice on what to eat and how science actually backs up the perfect diet which is the diet that comes from the Bible which is a lot of what Max spoke of especially increasing the amount of plants we eat. Awesome job fellas! 👏🏿 God bless!

Great info and great interview. And to maybe add some info regarding fruit. Fructose the sugar found in fruit is mainly processed through the liver unlike other sugars (glucose) which is absorbed through small intestines. So too much fruit can cause weight gain, becuase the liver can only process so much fructose, and the excess fructose will turn into fat/carbs and the body will absorb it.....love handles and gut.
