None of this addresses the CAUSE it's just how to treat 2 symptoms. Need to address WHY the body is CREATING excessive uric acid. It is in response to something. Reducing the fuel the body is using to create the uric acid and neutralizing it AFTER it is created.. is the treatment of symptoms... not the cause.

1. Drink adequate amount of water(Copper charged)(minimum 2 litres) 2. Eat cherries 3. Coffee(in limited consumption) 4. Whole grains 5. Fruits(in moderation following tha rules)(pineapple, kiwi,apple, strawberry excellent) 6. Oats, brown rice, jaw ka atta ya daliya 7. Empty stomach lemon warm lemon water(must)/apple cider vinegar water 8. Lauki juice 9. Carrot+beetroot juice or soup 10. Green moong bean 11. Low fat dairy(milk and curd) 12. Citrus fruits(excellent) 13. Cherries and berries (excellent) 14. Vit C rich foods:- capsicum, chilli, lemon, amla, 15. Lifestyle changes like increased exercise, good amount of timely sleep, stress reduction etc 16. *Special food* jawar/bajra+ajwain(must) ki roti 17. Roasted ajwain after meals. Ajwain ginger water. 18. Cucumber with black pepper,lemon, sendha namak. Don'ts 1. Whole lentils(any type of dals,rajma, chole etc) 2. Sprouts 3. Alcohol 4. Non veg 5. Avoid high fructose foods( over ripe banana, watermelon, grapes, mango, honey, dates, figs, juice, cold drinks) 6. Vegetables rich in purines (peas, cauliflower, mushroom, spinach , tomato, brocolli) Dietary routine 1. Wake up 2. Drink 3 glasses of copper water 3. Freshen up 4. Warm lemon water/apple cider vinegar water 5. After 45 mins, one apple 6. After 1hr breakfast 7. Between breakfast and lunch, 1 litre water 8. Before lunch cucumber salad mentioned above 9. Have you had and fixed gout? I have reversed type 2 diabetes (easy), but the soreness from the gout is not to easy. Hydration, wifi knockouts (yes the emf causes elevated SUA), inflammation management and repressed emotion management. I’m repairing the joints by collagen and bone broth and eating more citrus for vit c. She said vit C helps convert SUA to soluble form, how? The way I know vitamin C works is the ascorbic acid is a negative feedback loop to UA. Anyone know why?

Hi! Excellent video.However, I must point out that high protein vegetarian food items like chanas and rajma has been shown to have negligible effects in this situation. Doctors tell us that the only things which need to be reduced are seafood, red meat and alcohol. Looking forward to more details.Thanks!

Ma'am I am a teenager but I think I have arthritis by genetic 😢but nowadays after getting up from bed, I feel very little pain in my joints,,, so I think the uric acid level in my body is increasing and the arthritis is getting bad situation 😢 I have to be aware of it from now

Mam can a person eat cauliflower, peas,cabbage, palak , meethi who have uric acid problem. Winter is tough and these are the only vegetables that we get in small town

Yes. I heard they have high purines but they don’t trigger pain or increase urig acid. But eat in limitation.

Namaste, Tomatoes, broccoli, and cucumbers are some of the uric acid foods that you need to start including in your uric acid diet. Tomatoes are one of the best vegetables that you could have for lowering uric acid levels.

Avoid beer, asparagas, red meat, turkey, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, shellfish including shrimp, anchovies....all high in purines which are converted to uric acid. Also avoid alcohol and high fructose corn syrup. Foods to eat: cherries, salmon, avocado, brocolli, nuts, low fat dairy, berries.

Fruit with high sugar contents and honey are bad for gout patients. I have been dealing with chronic gout for years and fruit lover. I only realized few years ago that some fruit and honey are worse than meat and seafood.

Hlo mam.....i had been come through one of your video based on anger issues....mam in my case its not only about anger issues...its actually about the reason behind anger....i am in a relationship....but my partner lied many times about talking to another girl and asked another chance whenever i caught any proof....but now , he had cheated me and he is apologising for whatever he had done ....and again asking for another chance.....but i am unable to forget that incident....it just keeps me so disturbed....as he is helping me to do this....but inspite of that the incident keeps revolving around my mind.... sometimes i also yell at him too much...what should i do mam???

I have pure vegetarian diet but my uric acid is excessively high. I eat oats in morning with peanuts and almonds and eat roti dal sabzi at night but my uric acid is still at 9. I have to take medicines but I dont want to take for lifetime. Has anyone cured their uric acid levels?
