No Egg Burji Recipe:
Ingredients:
Besan / Gram Flour - 1 cup
Maida / Plain Flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - as per taste
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green Chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1"
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Chopped Coriander - 2-3 tbsp + 2-3 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp (change as per your preference)
Tomato - 1 (roughly chopped)
