LuChin - my wife and I like the original 8 brocades better than your new video. I am glad you have given us a choice. The old one I feel is easier to follow, but the new one gives you much more information. Thank you for all your videos we will remain loyal followers of your KZbin channel. 🙏🙏

Dear LuChin, I am a new subscriber & am so grateful & enjoy your videos. You have such a peaceful aura about you & demonstrate the movements with proficiency & clear explanation. Can you please tell me what to do when, while standing & bending knees outwards, it causes knee pain? Is there a way to lighten up somehow on the pressure on the knees?

Thank you for your kind message! If there is a discomfort in the knee joints, stay higher, don’t bend your knees too deep to see of that helps. Externally rotating your thighs (aiming the knee towards the second toe) will keep knee joints aligned with ankles, and use the leg tendons to bear weight.

I join everyone thanking you. Just a bit surprised that nobody mentions getting lost a little bit by the sequence from one set to the next. I personally felt a bit hurried and probably lost some of the benefits of exercising. 😊

Yes I experience that too and also where too breath is not always clear. But I play it over and over and keep practicing.. at some point I feel that I can go more in a flow and focus more on my body and relax
