Day 3 for me.....looking forward to Day 4. Loving the workouts. And I find it really easy to hear you and follow your directions and I love that you have no distracting background music. Thankyou.👏

I am 69 and my Hobie 73 we going to try to do your 30 days challenge and I will try to modify for my hobby for All the floor exercise ! My hobby need try slow he is very unconditional !Thank you so much please continue your great video Thank you for the pulley advice You suggest to do it everyday 5 min I have problems in this area hoping the pulley will help My snow Angel don’t look like yours at and it’s not even close to the wall limited range of motion I believe it will get better ! My exercise also include pendulum 🙈 walking fingers up on wall ! Thank you

Hey Doug, I'm doing your workouts every day and I lover it. I'm in New Zealand and it's Saturday lunchtime and I've just finished day three. Thanks so much. Can't wait for tomorrow.

Challenging routine which required a couple mods with my wonky balance: second elbow/knee in a chair. Strange how multiple steps to the side used to be such an easy dance move and now it takes concentration to get the feet to where you want them to go. (Imagining a rhythmic 'step touch with a slight bounce' in my head helps.) Newfound fun exercise, Running Man!
