Love the no repeat and that everything is done standing. I have back issues and doing standing abs workouts are a dream come true. I feel a difference in my abs!

Unfortunately, I am unable to exercise for more than 10 minutes at the moment. But your exercises are gold. I regret that I only found your KZbin yesterday. Thank you for standing training, I don't like exercising on the floor. Even though I barely finished this training, I forced myself to do the one from yesterday. And I don't regret it. Thank you!

Thank you for so many different no-jumping workouts (time duration, moves, motivating music, etc). Fit my needs in different situation. Sometimes my knee tell me not to jump so much 😂

I got just as much of a calorie burn as a 10 minute HIIT cardio. Loving it! Thanks, Eleni! ❤ keep these coming. Standing abs are my favorite.

Just completed my 100 th day of belly workout today excluding 15 resting days ! Finally I hit the century ! Yippy ! I am so proud of my self almost four months of dedicated belly workout ! Surely my body should thank my mind for instructing and leading it in a healthy noble way !

Doing this excercise evryday! Like to remind me! Day 1-✅ I sweated so much! But I love her workouts so much I've been doing another one as well, and I love that there is no jumping included! Day 2-✅️ Day 3-✅️ Day 4-✅️ Day 5-✅️ Day 6-✅️ Day 7-✅️A week now let's go!! Day 8-✅
