Say good luck quit doing quit relying on one person if you like what she's doing then go to the other and start looking at what you want I promise if you really want it you'll get it I can tell you exactly what today but you have the filter is throwing me off. The lower numbers toners go on the roots, and the higher numbers go on mid-lenghts and at the end of toning on the ends, to not overtone the ends.

Just Google or Safari things and I promise you and look and I promise you I can tell you a lot of good terms but really I got into that I got into a lot of this but my wavy hair is amazing now I've trained it that I don't even have to really wash it so I would advise you to have a blunt cut. You can just topics I don't know if you're standing or what but what I do is put Brown on and then okay I don't know how to explain it I'll have to make a video I'm sorry just start giggling it she's not going to answer you I'm sorry she's just probably not going to get back to you.😊

No, absolutely not. You can get several levels of lift from color and developer. High lift colors also exist and they are much stronger and lift a lot more. However, if you have very dark hair and want to go blonde usually bleach is actually the way to go or if you have colored hair and want to go a lot lighter.
