Honestly while doing it idk how I got a boost of adrenaline and in the 2nd and 3rd round I could hold much longer and could do with better efficiency

I tried so many other KZbinrs 15 days challenges.. but idk why I never got the motivation to finish them, I could highest go 5 days then I would stop... But with Emi it is different !! Does anyone else feel that ? After finishing her 2weeks workout routine I started this one and I'm on day 4. I can't workout while I'm fasting, I at least need a sip of water every 15 minutes.. so I do it after my Taraweeh and before my suhoor.. I can see so mannyyyyyyy changes ! I have a slimmer waist, I got ab lines, my thighs went an inches or two down... But most importantly I'm getting stronger day by day .. Thank you Emi ❤️

To anyone feeling discouraged by the difficulty: No, it doesn't get "easier." Instead, you get stronger. When I first started doing this workout, I had to pause between almost every single exercise and I always dropped before the timer as up. I would extend the 20-second rest between sets to almost five minutes from how tired I was. But after doing it every day for almost two weeks, I can really feel a difference! Just yesterday was the first day that I was able to go through the entire thing without pausing or taking any extra breaks. I was so proud of myself, it wasn't easy but I did it. If you set goals for yourself and stick with them, you WILL feel results. You don't have to be extreme, just consistent. Don't feel bad if you can't get through it the first time, you'll get stronger as you go. The fact that you even tried in the first place has already jumpstarted a chain reaction of improvement. Don't lose this momentum! Drink some water, fix your mat and try again.

I did this entire 15 day challenge and guys..it works!! I lost 2 inches on the sides. I shred a noticeable amount of fat. Also, I wasn't dieting at all. I was eating everything ❣ thanks Emi #emitransform

UPDATE: I just finished Day 15 of the Lower Abs and Belly challenge and this is still JUST AS HARD for me lol. From my experience, I do much better on this one even if I just eat something small beforehand. Whenever I've done it on an empty stomach, my limbs flail around and I just end up giving up on so many of the workouts.

I love the fact that Emi also speaks Cantonese, because I grew up overseas I didn't learn it properly, but now I can practice AND workout! I couldn't ask for a better combo!

This is literally the devil workout of Emi’s 2 Week Belly Fat Burn Program... I hate it so much but I’m on Day 13 and my tummy is definitely flatter and my abs and core are stronger. Keep going guys, don’t give up!!!

I literally almost cry and very frustrated doing this workout. I’m so tired and want this exercise to end quickly cause it’s so hard but at the same time I don’t want to give up. Such contrast feeling ..... and tmr I have to do it all over again,..... I’m going to cry...

Oh tell me. I had swaped 6th and 7th day. And the first day after a rest day was the 1hour workout. Was exhausted by end of day. 9-5 job, drive an hour , then the 1 hour workout.. trust it will show results in the 15th day. Its my 10th day today.

Honestly I love this entire order of the exercises because after doing the standing exercises I get tired and I badly want to sit but seeing that the next exercise is a sitting or lying down one, I get all cheered up for the next one and that's how it keeps me going 😍

If you have come to the comments to see if it works, I just want to let you know that the only way your going to achieve anything is to keep doing it, doing 10 minutes a day is going to give you results, but slow, giving up, eating unhealthy or starving yourself isn’t going to do anything, you have to put in the work, if your looking up “how to loose weight In 1 week” then you are not ready for these workouts. It’s all mental, make it a part of your routine. I have been through years of mental struggle, and haven’t been motivated at all. I would start and give up, complain that I was fat then go eat junk food, I have lost most of my stomach fat now in just one month of hard work. Now, shut up, get off the couch and just do it💕 Sorry this was a bit agro but u need the harsh motivation x

Sadaat Studio Pk hey!! So my exercise I use from emi is: -Muffin top 10 min -30 day belly fat burn cardio (10 min video) -plank 10 min -slim arms and upper body in 20 days I have done these all once a day and seen RAPID results!! Also I only eat three meals a day that are healthy (I do break and cheat but that life) and one to two snacks (fruit, nuts) Also make sure ur doing cardio not ab exercises when ur burning belly fat! Good luck xxxxxx

Let's do this together! edit: I'm 5'3", started at 128, lost 15 pounds with emi wong workouts. I'm 21 in college. I am recovering from an ED. I am much more fit with more muscle and toned! @sana banu I do other workouts too like jumping rope, jogging, weightlifting (only with 5-10 pound dumbbells). I workout 4-5 times per week.

@@yasmineosman3257 thank you! That means a lot. I follow madfit and heather robertson but i definitely recommend jogging and sprints the most. When I first started, i just followed emi's workouts (like her cardio and ab workouts) 3-4 times per week. I also struggled with my diet even though i ate healthier but it's getting better.

let’s go!!! trying the to workout 30-45min every day for the next two weeks. pls help me stay motivated starting 71kg 175cm (goal is 65kg but i never get lower than 68 :/) day 1: did this workout and the 30min full body hiit (probably dying tmrw) day 2: did one 30min full body hiit and after 5min pause another 10min lower abs hiit then i was so motivated that i did the intense abs workout in bed day 3: did the three videos from day 1 from the 15 days challenge. wasn’t very motivated and took lots of little 30-60sec breaks inbetween the exercises which i usually don’t... day 4: did one 10min and another 15min ab workout. probably doing 1-2 more in the evening. day 5: had a rough day. just did 2 10min abs workout. day 6: did a 20min hiit and a 10min hiit day 7: rest day day 8. did a 45min hiit and a 10min abs workout day 9: didn’t workout :/ day 10: did a 30min hiit day 11: did one 20min and a 10min hiit btw i’m totally seeing some results. my belly is flatter, my waste slimmer and my abs start showing. just little results but it keeps me motivated. day 12: did a 30min hiit day 13: didn’t do a workout from emi but did a 3h ride with my bike so i think that kinda counts day 14: rest day day 15: was hungover an couldn’t workout day 16: already did a 15min, a 10min and another 20min workout started with emis new 4 week programm

You can do it. Reduce your food content also. And dont forget ung sugar level. It help with me, that i stop eating desserts

Jenefer Ucab yeah totally thank u. i don’t have a sugar problem tbh cause i just drink water and don’t eat much sweets just because i don’t like them. currently my problem is that i’m eating out of boredom but it’s getting better everyday!

Emi today was my 4 day and today it felt so easy to complete the workout. I can feel the progress not only in the way I look but also the way how energetic I m whole day. Good workout sets good mindset. And now I don't need to avoid junk food because I does not feel like having it although everyone is eating pizzas and burgers I m completely satisfied and much more happier to eat healthy. It's becoming my habbit and I m loving it😍 Thank you so much emi for changing me from a fat show to an abb show😉😍 love you ♥️

Day 13 of 15 - I did want to do this today. Every set I said all right I will take a break I can get back to this. Emi your motivation made all the difference today. We did it!

Thank you so much for this program, Emi! I just completed it and can definitely see slight changes on my body. What I loved is how I could feel these changes: my posture got better, I was able to finish the exercises that I could barely hold for 10 sec in the beginning and all the workouts felt easier day by day! Now that I can finally master all these exercises, I'm going to repeat it for even greater results 💪 Btw: I really suck at sports and even in my skinniest days I always had belly fat. So if I can do it, you can too!

I don't know why, but I feel like emi's workouts are the best for me. Every other workout I do has me exhausted and sweating and makes me barely able to get up. Emi's workouts aren't that exhausting in my opinion, but still makes me break into a sweat and has given me the best results ever! Thank you so much Emi :)

hi emi, this is for 4th day right 😭 jus wanna say i saw a little improvement in my abs and it motivated me to do more!!! thank you so much for this. i started working out last May using an app i found and it was okay not as exhausting as yours, which means yours is really effective imo ❤️ i started ur workout playlist a few days ago, which was recommended by a friend! i skipped a day or two but i still saw improvements how amazing is that 😭❤️ i recently finished this video, im still covered in sweat haha hav a great day emi xx

For some reason the second set was the hardest to get through. The first set was hard in terms if getting the hang of the exercises The third was surprisingly the best. Maybe it was the fact that I knee that it was the last round and also that the exercises were familiar. The eat Emi keeps saying motivational things to keep us goi g actually helps so much! Especially when you are ready stop with 7 seconds left hearing a small you can do it kind of fights off the urge to stop. Man during the exercise I feel like dieing haha but after it feels great! (And all this coming from a very negative person like me is huGe) Yayy GO EMI!!!
