@@binte_hawaaa4088 yes really, but bear in mind that consistency is key. I do Mizi's workouts 2-3 times per week, and some weeks I alternate it with anaerobic exercises like jogging. And also follow nutritional diet.

@@nazishjunaid6281 hello! hahaha to be very honest, I don't follow strict diet plan but just eat normal meals and control the amount of junk/ sweet food. My usual meals start from: 1) Brekkie: A cuppa homemade latte (without sugar) and 2 slices of wholemeal breads (prefer bakery style) or sourdough breads 2) Lunch & Dinner: For each meal, I have a portion of carbs (1/3 of the plate), a portion of protein dish (meat and eggs/tofu; 1/3 of the plate) , and a portion of veggie (1/3 of the plate). Eat 1 fruit everyday too. I will have occasional sweet tooth as well of course, but I try my best to control the frequency of succumbing to desserts xD This may not be the best or the healthiest meals recommended by a nutritionist, but I think it works for me as my BMI is maintained within the normal range (though body fats seem to be a lil higher and muscle mass a lil lower). Still trying to get the motivation to prepare better diet plans and workout plans haha!

The first day was difficult because I had given up exercising for about a year, so I completed only 18 minutes out of 44 minutes 🥲 On the second day (today) I completed all the exercises with a lot of difficulty due to the pain in my feet It will be modified in 5 days. Hello! Janvi this side ..i am 18 year old, i want to loose weight before joining college. hi everyone! i am 15 year old and i weigh 61.45kg and i am 162cm. i am starting this workout from today and will update you guys everyday. btw my target weight is (for now) is 57kg. day 1 : tbh the workout was not too difficult ( i have done morre difficult ones). so i feel like i am gonna be more consistent

Start 24September 2024 Weight: 81kg (the last time i Weighted was before 5days). Day 1:done✅️ Day 2: i didn't do coz i was in my period but i walked 14kg✅️ Day 3: also i walked 12kg✅️

I'm gonna assume that you've been doing this for a few days but the 6kg you've dropped took longer than a few days. Cos' dropping 6kg within a few days is not only almost impossible, but dangerously unhealthy as well. We all gain a few over a period of time, losing a few will take time as well. Keep at it-slow and steady wins the race.

Hii everyone I'm 16year old my current weight is 68.65lets see I'll update you after a week will start doing my exercise on-21/7/2024 21/7/2024- today was my first day i did this for only 20min because it was paining so much 😬will try to do full exercise Tomorrow 🙂 22/7/24-i did for 40min today I was very much sweaty but I loved it it was paining but not like the 1st day
