Anyway here’s a crepe recipe: Custard: Mix a little more than 1/2 cup sugar with 2 tablespoons of corn starch then add 2 egg yolks and 2 cups milk cook in the microwave for 2 min and put in fridge till it cools to however you want Crepes Mix 1 cup ap flour with 2 eggs then pour in 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water Prob warm it up a bit but suggest using a blinder to be sure you get all the chunks out Take 3 tablespoons of butter and melt it on your pan at just under the middle temp Then mix in the melted butter add the batter to the pan to make chocolate just add suger and coco powder in with the melted butter ( in a separate container from the pan)
