I absolutely love how you make us see how hard it is for you too. It's refreshing to see someone so fit going through our same discomfort level.Seeing the fitness teacher in the vids looking fresh as a rose is sometimes disheartening, because I'm there panting like I ran a 5k, and I feel like I'm in too bad a shape to even attempt to do it. But now I'm doing one or two of your videos everyday and it keeps me motivated. Huge thank you

Started with abs so I wouldn’t have an excuse. Then did Grease (again). Now going to do some arms and back. I’m a beast underneath these rolls 😂

Holy smokes lady, you knocked it out of the park!!!! I also thought hey 15 minutes I can do this while the puppy is napping but wow that was tougher than it looks by far!!!! Success though and grateful I got it in. Thanks for what you do and all the hard work you put in!!!

This is my first one of your non-dance workouts that I've done, and wow am I going to have to do more! I love that some of the moves carry over, but it gives a different workout experience (with the music of your choice!) So fun 💕

This particular video baffles me because every time I do it, it feels easy in the moment, but then for the next two days I am sore, so I know I'm working something out!!! It's wild!!!

I have tried a lot of different ab workouts, and this one is maybe the best one i have tried. The fact that i am able to do the whole workout effectively, not needing to pause, and then feel it in my abs after is amazing 🤩🤩🤩

Well that was brutal! I HATE ab workouts, because of the strain to my already messed up abs. With this there is no neck pain, but my abs will feel that in a bit.

all I can say is WOW! This workout was great in the moment and made me feel strong (wrong and strong at a few points but still lol) and definitely had me breaking a sweat and breathing pretty hard toward the end during the more cardio intensive section. Now it’s 24 hours later and my obliques are actually sore! I didn’t know it until today but apparently I’ve never properly worked out my obliques 😹 Thank you for another great at home workout!

Ok so I tried this workout thinking “oh, this will be easy, just what I need today” and I LEGIT was about to quit at the last rep! I didn’t tho, I faked it and I made it! (Also, I could barely raise my legs to put trousers on after the shower 💀)
