I get why she thought this because of the "s" at the end, but that's not how french works 😆 for the curious people: if we were talking about 1 almond it would be "salée" (the last "e" at the end is because an almond is considered feminine) if it was 1 leek it would be "salé" (no "e" at the end bc a leek is masculine) if it was 2 leeks it would be "salés" ( the "s" is bc it's plural) So there you have it, 4 different ways to write "salted". French is so complicated for no fucking reason
