I found yoga relaxing and a coping mechanism for my severe depression disorder. Discovering Bird and the challenges have gotten me out of bed and active in the mornings, rather than waking up at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I enjoyed it and am determined to finish this challenge.

Just looooove!! Please do more "flow" ones, I love those ones, and I can't do proper exercise as I am disabled, Yoga is the only thing that works for me and at the same time makes me feel fit and good, plus it helps with the pain. The "flow" ones are amazing. Xx

I haven’t done yoga in a while, no wonder all the three-legged-dogs got me panting 😅 I’m glad I finally listened to my body and gave it what it so desperately needed - movement. Thank you for this class, it had just the right amount of challenging poses ♥️

Hi Bird, thanks so much for this, it really helped to kick start my day, get the blood flowing and in particular opened up the chest area which becomes tight in the night. I'm so grateful to have found your channel! It's not too fast paced, enabling me to settle in with each pose before shifting to the next. Your voice is so soothing and calming too which is great for the ones in the evening. You're an absolute wonder and I can't tell you how beautiful in every way you are. day 7 is complete…. veryyy challenging but i completed it. with the downward dog and the plank back and forth i did a couple but as my body was getting weak i did low impact and i still finished, just shows i have stuff to work on but im ready for tomorrow 🙂

I broke a little sweat with this one. I'm so out of shape but made it through. I really enjoyed it. I have a ? Is there anything I can do for my left frozen shoulder some times while stretching m arm feels stuck and doesn't stretch as far and feels stuck

I suggest asking a physical therapist or doctor as i dont specialize in frozen shoulders. In my opinion just respect your limit. Never force your limbs into a pose or stretch.
