Annemarie! What a great content! It is vital to accept it: healthy and wealthy success at job is full connected with the strategies you suggest. In my case, “Step away”, also “saying NO”, and “Energize my mind and body” are the usual strategies I use confidently. I learned that it is easy to ask for help to those responsible who are always working a lot. It is my right and need to take care of myself. Thanks a lot Teacher!

Ms. Annemarie, Thank you for asking! What's the diplomatic way to tell my manager that my work falls behind because of my day off? She knows which dates I'll be out of office because it's marked on the managers' calendar, in fact. She does "not" realize that she is a micromanager. Could you please do a video about it or any advice for me? Thanks again!
